Our approach is simple.

Your Lasik Custom Vision procedure is designed to give you great vision without the need for glasses or contact lenses. It is considered a permanent vision correction that should not change over time.  However, your vision may eventually change with age, and these age-related changes are natural physiological changes and therefore, may be unavoidable.  We have taken this into consideration and designed our Vision Satisfaction Plan accordingly.

The Simon Vision Institute Vision Satisfaction Plan includes:

• For the first year after your procedure, you receive all follow-up care visits and any re-treatments, should they be necessary to give you the customized vision you are expecting.
• After the first year, each of our patients that undergo Lasik Custom Vision will be eligible for an enhancement procedure without time limitations and regardless of your level of vision. The only exceptions are for changes in your vision caused by presbyopia, disease, accident or other unrelated permanent or temporary condition, and that the enhancement is medically appropriate.

This simplified approach should give each Simon Vision Institute patient that has Lasik Custom Vision the security and peace of mind knowing that we are your vision partner for the lifetime of our business.  We pledge to do everything possible to make sure the great vision you have immediately after your procedure stays that way, even decades later.
